Tropical Storm Ida

Until now the hurricane season has been pretty quiet. Normally we have to keep an eye on the news and if even mentions something in in the Gulf everyone is in panic. Well, that hasn't been the case all season. At least until now.

To be honest I wasn't thinking that things would be like this, but the winds are blowing very hard and raining this bad. It's tolerable, but not what I expected. They had schools close early today and they will be closed until Thursday since Wednesday is Veteran's Day.

For most tomorrow is business as usual unless it's end up being worse or you live near a flooded area. We are good, so family you don't need to worry at all. We got food and huge generator if necessary. Later, I might take a video for you to see what our tropical storms are like. At least this isn't like Katrina. We are blessed for that.
